How To Contribute To Our Vision
- Good understanding of change management activities and frameworks
- Communicate cross-organizational with internal stakeholders and have the soft skills for proper conflict management
- Good understanding of process optimization, six sigma and lean operations
- Prepare required documentation, presentations, lessons learned, etc. to enhance communication
- Drive selected COG OM topics and initiatives to ensure process compliance, KPI implementation, support of functions in resolving issues by process improvement
- Conduct data analysis, provide status reports, communicate and align with management to support process harmonization and to ensure correct focus and prioritization of activities within COG OM
- Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures
- Ensure process and/or project deliverables are successfully monitored and achieved in terms of timeline, effort, quality, clarification of roles and responsibilities and process interfaces
- Harmonize and standardize processes governed by COG OM identifying and deploying best practices where applicable
- Support COG OM organization by driving communication initiatives, e.g., All hands, coffee talks, Q&A, ask me anything, etc.
- Manage customer expectations and translate those in the SIPOC as essential foundation for an internal project
- Promote process thinking and collaboration in the organization
What You Need To Make a DifferencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
- A degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- +7 years of work experience as a Project/Process manager in intercultural companies with special focus on supply chain activities
- Experience working with different stakeholders
- Experience leading Change Management activities
- Fluency in English, both orally and in writing
- Leadership skills and the ability to define roles and responsibilities
- Knowledge of Visio would be an advantage but it is not mandatory
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to details, team management and highly proactive.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines
- Experience working in parallel workstreams
